Justiceville/Homeless USA is a community organization and movement founded in 1985 by Ted Hayes, family, friends and associates, lots of good, patient, kind, and supportive people.
Justiceville’s mission is to inform US citizens and those of the world, that there is a persistent movement flowing out of Los Angeles, the national capital of USA homelessness, and comparatively, that of the world…that if allowed, can lead to the humane rectification of hardcore, chronic, sidewalk, encampment homelessness, beginning with Justiceville-Los Angeles, the national and global model.
